Mendez Contractor has always been a family business focused on delivering our clients top-tier remodeling and renovation services. We founded our company in 2004, and for our founders, it was the start of one of their biggest adventures. We were breaking down barriers from day one. We were one of the first Spanish-speaking contracting companies in the region, and we are proud of our Guatemalan heritage. Today, we are proud to continue to offer all of our services in English and Spanish.
Our Story
Mendez Contractor was founded by Walter and Liliana Mendez's husband-and-wife team as Mendez Home Improvement. Over the years, our company blossomed into one of the area's top remodeling and renovation companies, and we opted to change the name to fit our general contracting approach better. We started small but have expanded over the years and now have a large team of tradespeople, general laborers, and specialists who are ready to get to work.
